Reservation Policies

Internet, Telephone and Walk-in reservations are validated with Credit Card submission. 

Debit/Check cards, pre-paid cards, and cash deposits require a utility bill statement matching the drivers license address: (Gas, Water, Electric, Telephone, Cable,  or Government Document) AND Proof of Employment/Income: (Payroll stub, financial statements, employment verification)

Deposit Guarantee: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

RESERVATIONS/RATES:

CASH DEPOSIT RESERVATIONS: Require a $50.00 cash deposit at least 48 hours in advance of reservation arrival time. Cash deposit will be credited toward car rental contract.

CANCELLATIONS: Require reservist to notify agency at least 48 hours prior to arrival date/time.  Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of CASH/CREDIT DEPOSIT.

Underage Policy

Ages 18 - 21 + $15.00 per day

Ages 22 - 24 + $10.00 per day

Underage renters must provide Liability and Collision Damage Insurance.

Insurance Policy

Collision Damage Waiver $11.99 per day

Liability Waiver $13.95 per day

Minimum liability is required to drive in the State of California.

Please bring proof of insurance or purchase waivers at time of rental.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Starting Jan 1, 2007. A 11% Airport fee will be charged on all rentals.

Authorization deposit amount will vary depending on the type and value of the vehicle.
