Our Company Policy In Brief: Pick up and Drop off Free transportation service to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Free transportation service to and from local hotels within 5 mile radius of LAX airport. Free transportation service for local residents within 5 mile radius of store location (LAX) Underage Policies Ages 21-24: $15.00 per day Ages 18-21: $15.00 per day Under 18 please contact office for details Insurance Policies Please bring proof of insurance or purchase wavers at time of rental. Collision Damage Waiver $11.99 per day Liability Waiver $13.95 per day Minimum liability is required to drive in the State of California. Starting Jan 1, 2007. A 11% Airport fee will be charged on all rentals. Deposit Requirements Our authorization deposit amount will vary depending on the type and value of the vehicle. Exotic and high-end luxury vehicles will require larger authorization amount and satisfy all the pre-approval requirements. The following are accepted for deposit: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Debit/Check cards, pre-paid cards, and cash deposits Must have a copy of a utility bill that matches their drivers license (eg. gas, electric, phone) and proof of income (eg. payroll stub, financial statements, employment verification) Reservation Policies It is our policy to hold reservations for up to one hour beyond the scheduled arrival time. If you experience delays, please contact us so we can make our best effort to extend your reservation. For reservations made either by Internet or by phone: vehicles and rates may only be guaranteed by valid credit, debit card, or $50.00 cash deposit left with counter agent. Cancellations require reservist to notify agency at least 24 hours prior to pick up date to avoid cancellation fee. |
