Personalized delivery on request..Wow!!  Lax staff are beyond excellence at customer service, when I discovered my wallet was left behind at the rental office Jesse promptly affirmed its whereabouts and delivered to the airport terminal immediately!  I could only imagine my dilemma if this event would have happened with the big name companies.  Thanks to the personal attention given by LAX staff I made my flight without worry!  Thanks, Jesse... Budget deals in budget time, the other agency with claims to the "budget" logo kept me in line for hours with frustrated travelers waiting for their "reserved" vehicle.  Personal service, zero lines and attention to the "paying" customer is the guarantee at Lax Discount Auto Rental.  I can't remember the last time I laughed at the car rental counter.  Great staff with good daily rates. 

The company is small time family operated with a mult- lingual task force.  Staff is totally human and expresses concerns for each patron. I never feel like a number, but a secondary extension of the family when visiting the office.  Repeat renters also earn discounts with multiple rentals throughout the year. Fancy, is not the optimal adjective to describe the company, but they really do try harder and earn that moniker more than the conglomerate company that claims the title.  First name recogintion, handshake and friendly conversation with a laughable sense of humor is the non-typical service credo at Lax Discount Auto Rental; a true wonder in a high tech society!

U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement

The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country.
